We are aware that your time is valuable, and the last thing you want to do is wonder about your insurance coverage. As a result, we take the guesswork out of validating patients' eligibility for benefits and coverage under their respective insurance policies.

Avalon Surgery Center accepts the majority of insurance plans. All PPOs, Medicare, and many HMOs, including Optum, are accepted. We also accept lien cases for Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury.
Out-of-Network Patients
Not to worry if you do not have one of these plans! We are still able to assist you. Our billing team will reach out to you to discuss your options, including your out-of-pocket responsibility prior to surgery!
